Terminland Online Booking Tool
On my website, you have the option to book appointments online. For appointment scheduling, I use the service Terminland. The provider is Terminland GmbH, Kreuzberger Ring 44a, 65205 Wiesbaden, Germany (hereinafter “Terminland”).
For the purpose of booking an appointment, you enter the requested information and your preferred date into the designated form. The data entered is used for planning, carrying out, and, if necessary, for follow-up related to the appointment.
As part of its use, Terminland processes technical information (so-called log files), in particular the number and time of page views, browser type and version, operating system, and an anonymised IP address.

The data you provide will remain with me until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of my legitimate interest in offering uncomplicated appointment scheduling and, where required, on the basis of your consent. Any consent given may be withdrawn at any time.
iTherapeut
For the management of client data, I use the locally installed patient management software iTherapeut. The software is used exclusively within my own practice. All data remains encrypted on my internal systems. No data is transferred to third parties or to external cloud services.
Billing and Payment Processing
Payment for my services is made in cash. No external tools or service providers are used for billing or payment processing.
Reimbursement Statements
Reimbursement statements are issued as printed documents by default. Sending reimbursement statements by email takes place exclusively at the explicit request of the client and only after prior written consent has been given.
Bytekultur
This website is hosted by byteKultur GmbH, Kanzleistrasse 18, 8004 Zurich, Switzerland. When visiting the website, technical data (e.g. IP address, time of access) is processed by the hosting provider in order to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website.
